View Account Summary is missing from navigation in Campus solutions 9.2

We are upgrading to CS 9.2 from CS 9.0 and found out that "View Account Summary" cref under Student financials is missing. We went to portal --> Structure and content and figured out that it is hidden from portal navigation. Any of you have any clue as to why Oracle has hidden this page from navigation in CS 9.2?
