Print report template in/from RDA

Hello.

We have a report designed in RDA and it has a template with it.

The user is asking to see fields on the report with their corresponding JDE table fields.

So if the report has 50 fields they'd like to know what table and field each report field is sourced from.

Also, if a report field is obtain via a calculation they'd like to know that too.

Is there an easy way to get this information in RDA?

Please advise.
