EBS R12.2.8: adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack failing

Hello,

We recently upgraded out instance to R12.2.8.   we are cloning a test env from the upgraded env.      Executing adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack fails with following error

cat /tmp/adcfgclone_21428.err

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.apps.ad.context.AppsContext.getCustomProdTops()Ljava/util/Hashtable;

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.addCustomProdTop(CloneContext.java:1073)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.restoreDataInCloneContext(CloneContext.java:5358)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.dependencyUpdate(CloneContext.java:5163)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.doClone(CloneContext.java:884)

at oracle.apps.ad.context.CloneContext.main(CloneContext.java:6848)

We have done the following in source system

execute admkappsutil.pl in appstier
