Oracle Licensing - Definition of NUPS

Hi

We know that Oracle Licensing could be pretty complicated if not properly interpreted and we are trying to determine the concept of NUPS in the licensing terminology

Let us suppose there is a JAVA application. User pull up I.E or Chrome , type in the application URL and enter the username and password to connect

Now lets say that application is configured so that there is an application schema called APPS and all the application tables / indices etc are under this schema

Every time a user pulls up the application URL and connect to the application, one database session is created on the database server
