IP 18 upgrade -Custom Web templates definition showing blank definition even after running the SWTCl

Hi,

We completed the upgrade from ip 14 to 18.10 version. For the online application, while the application is up, on entering the URL, we get blank page. Even the login page does not render. On further investigating the issue seems to be on few web templates definition showing up as blank. On using the SWTClob.jar utility, still the definition does not get upgrade and it shows up blank. Any suggestion on we can resolve this issue?
