How to setup Pricing Formula to calculate unit selling price 65% of total SO amount

Dear Expert,

Need your advise/clue, there is requirement from our user in Vietnam.

During sales order creation, there are 3 component in sales order such as

1. Finished goods > Line type is standard

2. Deposit > Ship only

3. SST (Tax) > bill only

The requirement is, unit selling price for SST is 65% * total amount minus deposit

amount. Any of you guys have this kind experience, Really appreciated if you could share

with us, attached is example for reference
