ARM crashes with application module arm.actrec is not configured error

Hello All, We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501. The application has been crashing regularly with module arm.actrec is not configured error. Earlier the frequency was once in a month but now a days it is failing once in a day. We have implemented most of the performance tuning steps from FCM tuning guide (JVM tuning, Data source connection pool tuning in WebLogic, Advanced connection pool settings and Tuning OHS and SOA) but none of these settings were helped us.

Can any one help on this issue. FYI, we have been using ARM since 2015 and no DB clean-up activities have been performed. below table refers to disk usage by table
