Running Upgrade Plan - Not seeing the Environments list

Hi Team, I am working on a traditional upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 I have installed Deployment server and Enterprise server and upgraded the tools to 9.2.2.6 on both.

Also copied the old schema to the new database and now ready to run the Upgrade plans.

While creating the Upgrade plan for pristine, I have unchecked the Default Environments option in Environment Selection screen so that I can chose only PS920 for now.

But when I click OK, I am not seeing any environments listed to chose from in the next screen. Am I missing something here ?

I also tried to create another plan with Traditional Upgrade and checked this Default Environments option and clicked OK. It still takes me to the next screen for Environment Selection but I do not see any environments listed there.
