[IP2016]- EBC views(other DB data access) unable to access

Hi All,

we have a view which is built on EBC mapped to a schema outside of SIEBEL. when we navigate this view via SSO we don't see any error and everything works fine.

But, when we logged in as SADMIN and navigate to that view it gives error. below is the error message. can you please advise.

Note : There is no issue in IP2013, only in IP2016
