Select Against External Table Gives KUP-01005: syntax error: found "minussign"

Good Morning ~

I have an external table that is created as follows. 

I want to skip the column Additional Information.  I do not want this in my external table when I select from it so I am trying this. I have also tried missing field values but get the same result when selecting from this table. Any assistance is appreciated.  The additional information field is causing all sorts of problems due to the way data is entered into it.  My API into Oracle does not even need this file.  I want to get rid of it.  :-)
