Voiding of voucher did not create records in F0911

Hello Team,

We are JDE E1 9.1.4.

Batch V/6837677 was posted successfully which properly created records in F0411 & F0911. The batch was later voided in the same open period. When the batch was voided it properly created additional records in F0411 but no additional records were created in F0911. F0911 contains only the records of the posted batch.

No SQL's were done for these records.

Please suggest if this is a bug & how can this issue be fixed as the batch is not able to post due to out of balance.
