Colorado Occupational Head Tax and Burden Allocation
The Occupational Head Tax calculates correctly each month - the Employee Deduction and the Employer Burden is stored in history and calculated at the end of the month.
We bill customers on a weekly basis and the Head Tax is a burden that must be distributed to the various customers.

Since the tax only calculates once a month, the burden (employer paid head tax portion) cannot be allocated retroactively among all timecards that would have been subject to the head tax calculation.
Q - Has anyone setup DBAs that accrues and distributes the employer portion each pay period, not exceeding the monthly limit and ensuring that the exempt amount is taken into consideration?
