Finding specific patch for to resolve CVE-2015-4852 vulnerability

How can I find out if a Critical patch update I am installing fixes a specific CVE vulnerability finding I am looking to resolve. For example, I am looking for a fix for  CVE-2015-4852 and would like to know the process to getting it fixed.

Furthermore, how do I know which specific servers in our distributed install to apply the patches or CPU after finding the appropriate ones.
