Financial Reporting 11.1.2.4.710 - Scheduled Batch Reports Remain in Running Status after Generating

We have been experiencing an intermittent issue in our Hyperion Financial Reporting environment where scheduled batches using Essbase as a data source finish generating the required amount of PDF files but the status of the batch remains in running status instead of going to success/error.  The issue seems to be limited to reports with bursting enabled. Reports using other data sources do not encounter this problem. The report size doesn't matter. You can run the same report multiple times with the exact same parameters and it completes as expected most of the time but on a few occasions we encounter
