Can we use GL Budgeting Control other then expense Account. Please Suggest

Hi Gurus,

We have the scenario to define the budget at following Level.

1. Budget for Expenditure

2. Budget for Sales/Revenue

3. Budget for Raw Material

Budget for Expenditure is clear to me and i have worked on it. But how to allocate and control budget for Sales/Revenue Quantity wise and price wise, also how to allocate budget for Raw material item wise with qty and price.
