Tax Classification code not getting picked up for Tax calculation, instead Default Tax rate is used.

Hello Experts,

Tax Classification code not getting picked up for Tax calculation, instead Default Tax rate is used..

Attached is screen shot of my setup .

Am following document "How To Make Tax Classification Code be the Basis of Tax Calculation Work in Transaction Lines (Doc ID 735129.1)"

Is there a need to set

  • Set the default Rule for Rule type "Applicability" as "NOT APPLICABLE" , if yes how do i achieve that

We have default rule setup for Determine tax rate  .

Any help would be highly appreciated .
