Is it possible to have multiple publications dates for a PSU or a SPU?

Hello,

I'm working on a program in order to automatically apply PSU and SPU on my databases and I have to decide how to name the ORACLE_HOME associated with the patch (<version>_2018Q4 or <version>_20181016 for instance).

So my question is: Is it possible to have multiple publication dates of a quarterly patch in order to correct an issue of a previous release (2018Q4 published on 2018/10/16 and 2018Q4 replublished with new content on 2018/10/25 for instance)?
