Customiwing Peoplesoft login page(signin.html)

Hello,

I am wondering how far we can customize the Peoplesoft signin.html page. I could change the logs and colors, but is it possible to add banners and change the whole page look and feel?

I have been experimenting this but somehow my changes got overruled and I dont see my added code in the html source when I load the page.

I have adjusted some of the changes directly in the sylesheet signin.css file.
