On running R10550 - Process consolidation, F1001 & F1002 table is updated and F1003 table is not upd

On running R10550 - Process consolidation, F1001 & F1002 table is updated and F1003 table is not updated with the batch generated. As a result I am unable to Journalize the transaction. what could be the reason for the batch not being generated in F1003
