how to increase FSA Healthcare limit to $2700 and we are in middle of Open enrollment period

IRS increased FSA Healthy care coverage limit to $2700 from $2650. We are in middle of "Open enrollment" period for all our employees. How can we adjust that amount? Can we update the limit to $2700 and run any LE that increase the limit in self service window?
