Pay type multiplier with three decimals

Hello,

we have signed a new collective agreement and the contract stipulates that overtime will be paid at 1.175 dollars but when we set the pay type multiplier the box rounds the rate up.

Is there any way to set a pay type for overtime with three decimals digits?
