After Running a Process, Automatically Open Process Monitor

After starting a process, PeopleSoft takes you right back to the page you were just on. You sometimes can't remember if you ran it or not.

After running any process, it should take you directly to the Process Monitor. This would be a better User Design.

We recently had an issue where someone ran a COBOL and thought they hadn't run it yet, so ran it again immediately afterwards (while the first was still running!). It errored, but the first run continued and ran to success. The result was several hundred people missing from the pay file. It took a lot of effort to troubleshoot, re-run and re-send the pay file, etc.
