Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I followed note : Budgetary Control And Funds Check in Projects R12: A Case Study Using a Non-Integrated Budget (Doc ID 1314706.1)

but while checking the fund check system is also looking for the funds at the GL level and it results in fund check failure.
