We are facing this issue in JDE 9.2.1

How to fix the following error message from Work Center appeared after running R09612-Load Bank Statement program

CAUSE .... The Electronic Bank Account 98756756 for Transaction Type NTRF not being Cross Referenced to any GL Account for Bank Statement 2984 Statement Date 19/11/18 .

RESOLUTION .. Setup the Cross Reference for the Electronic Bank Account 98756756 Transaction Type NCHK using the P09621 application.

Please note that all setup is correct in both P09621- Setting up Cross reference for bank Account and P09622- Setting up cross reference for Transaction type.
