When i am Creating/ Adding an Applicant by "Add Applicant" ( Manual Method) , It's not saving

When i am Creating/ Adding an Applicant by "Add Applicant" ( Manual Method) , It's not saving and giving me this message .An exchange rate type must be provided for an amount in a currency other than the default currency. (14816,120)
