Setting Up RBAC Roles for Oracle DB in HA?

All,

  What would be the best practice for setting up RBAC roles for individual Oracle DB accounts, in order for DBA's to use Solaris Cluster commannds to control DB's configured in HA?

1)  Each Oracle DB instance has its own login(UID), for Solaris Resource Management purposes.

2)  Need a role the DBA's can use to control each individual Oracle DB instance that is under Solaris Cluster control, using Solaris Cluster commands.

  How is this best accomplished with Solaris 11.4, Solaris Cluster 4.4?
