Amendments to CIS returns

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi, I am looking for help on the CIS process. We need to make an amendment to a return that was previously submitted because it was found that we had deducted too much tax of one of our subcontractors. One of my colleagues has contacted HMRC and they have told us that we need to do the adjustment through the same software that we use to submit the returns. Has someone had experience in doing this and are able to advise as to how we do it on Oracle EBS?
