Siebel IP 2018 Homepage - round circles

Hi All,

In siebel IP 2018 we see big round circle - which i suppose when clicked should take you to actual List applet.

But when we click on the circles it doesn't do anything and stays on home screen.

We tried using PR file to get control id , but all the circles are based on a class.

Does anyone faced this thing or are these big circles just for occupying the space.
