Additional information provided:  Organization currently on FSCM PUM Image 25 and Peopletools 8.56.04 framework. Our organization will be upgrading to FSCM PUM Image 29, the latest version of Peopletools framework (8.56.12 or 8.56.13), and The Oracle database will be upgraded from 12.1 to 12.2.

In our organization, the user receives email notifications when the following actions are performed on his/her travel claim:

1.     Sent back for revision

2.     Denied

3.     Approved for payment (Expense Reports)

4.     Fully Approved (Travel Authorizations/Cash Advances)

5.     Expense Payment Notification (once claim is paid)

The objective is to send an email notification to the proxy if there are issues with the claim (claim sent back for revision or claim denied).
