How to setup GTL to come in the last Pay Check of the Year

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

We do not have GTL  setup so far. But now we have to setup Imputed Income. We would like to know if there is any possibility to setup GTL - Imputed Income to come out in the employee's last Payroll Check.

And should the Imputed Income add to Box 1 on W2 ?
