Reset magnetic file

In the Canadian Year End Workbench - Work with Canadian Year End Workbench there is two links, "Reset form Print" and "Reset Mag Media", but when I click them there is nothing. I have tried to find the report number to see if security is preventing us from seeing anything but I cannot find any report.

Does anyone know how is the process to reset the mag media file?
