The Site Server Planning Guide for the M4000 server lists this for power requirements:

24.0A at 100–127 VAC (12A/cord)

12.0A at 200–240 VAC (12A/cord)

The first line makes sense. 24A total, 12A per cord.
I don't understand the second line. If the total amperage is 12A and there are two power cords, shouldn't it be 6A per cord? The only time it should be 12A/cord is if there's only one power supply.
Am I misunderstanding something?
I'm looking to relocate a few M4000 servers. At the same time, I plan to change from 110V to 220V. (The power supplies are only considered redundant if they're plugged in to 220.)
