Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We recently went live with R12.2.6 and are currently in the process of implementing Oracle Property Manager for IFRS16 Compliance.

Wanted to ask if the rent increase feature is available for equipment as well?
