More than one receipt into same lot

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.1.2; our items are lot controlled;

We need to allow receiving items into lot only one time; so that No new receiving for this items into the same lot again.

Example:

Item X; QTY 100;

Receiving 100 into Lot ABC. Later we need to receive 60 units for same item from same invoice; how we force user to receive into new lot and not receiving into lot ABC?
