Unable to restart Siebsrvr after installing patchset 17

Hi ,

I have recently updated ptachest17 and installation is successful.

When I try to re start siebsrvr getting below issues

"Siebel Server "fqtsapp2" (Enterprise "FQT81")

not started: Cannot confirm start of service process

"

Siebel Version : 8.1.1.11.0

Please help me to resolve above issues.
