OAF error 'The requested page contains stale data'. Cause : 'the number of displayed records ,23 ex

Hi, we have a custom OAF (Web) Page in R12.1.3 ebS. The users open multiple instances of this page an on making some changes in the search criteria, they get the error like 'The requested page contains stale data'. Cause : 'the number of displayed records ,23  exceeds the actual number of records 14, iun view object  SearchAM1. LineDetailsV01. Any suggestions would be most appreciated as have not been able to resolve this...!
