Spreadsheet upload Asset ADD, INTFC completes, not showing in Open Trans

Testing spreadsheet upload for ADD and RET in Image 28.  RET works as expected but ADD does appear in Open Trans.

Both INTFC_FIN and INTFC_PHY_A have a status of DON and asset IDs are assigned but do not appear in OPEN_TRANS as pending.

Works in Image 25 - our current production environment.
