Customer Return Issue

Hi,

we are facing a strange behaviour of the application (xstore v.17.0.1) in the following scenario:

1) perform a sale of more than one product with a customer (connected to Relate)

2) perform the return, from customer with original receipt, of only one product

3) perform a second return, from customer with original receipt, of the other product

in this scenario the point 3 it's not possibile, the system provide the message "The transaction must be processed as an unverified return".

performing a query (after the execution of the first 2 previous points) on the table trl_sale_lineitm, the return flag for all the product is still set to 0 (also for the returned one).
