How do I change the PLA Group that I am assigned to, as it is not correct?

Since ~ AUG-18 the Service Request PLA Group that I belong to has changed. What is the process to get it o reversed back to its original value?

Currently iSRs assigned to/created by me or my team in ACS NZ are appearing on the OMCS queue.
