Table Conversion failing for few tables

Hi Team,

I am doing a 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade on Windows.  Have followed the below steps as per guide.

1. Installed Deployment server. Upgraded tools to 9.2.2.6

2. Installed Platform Pack with Traditional Upgrade. Upgraded tools to 9.2.2.6

3. Applied the Planner ESU and performed special Instructions. Have not applied Update 2 (UN2).

4. Copied the 9.1 schemas to the new 9.2 database.

5. Ran Pristine Upgrade successfully.

Now running the DV Upgrade and facing issue in Table Conversion for few tables with errors as below.
