Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to install the yum packages on oracle cloud instance

Hi All,

I am using the docs Preparing for a Deployment of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure on Linux.

I have performed all the step for creation of oracle cloud instance right now i performing the following step Install Requisite YUM Packages.

But i'm not able to install the yum packages, i'm getting the following errors.

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from ksplice-uptrack: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

http://www.ksplice.com/yum/uptrack/ol/7Server/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 12] Timeout on http://www.ksplice.com/yum/uptrack/ol/7Server/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: (28, 'Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds')
