EAN Item deleted (physically) in RMS and SIM changed only status

Hi ,

I have a situation where the EAN item is deleted in RMS and SIM receives the delete msg and the status is changed. OK.
After, the EAN is associated another item  -  in RMS the EAN was deleted physically -  but, as the EAN is only with the

status = 'D' in the SIM , the new item does not integrate, because the item  exists still  and the system does not look at the status.


Question: is it working as designed (V14.0.2) ?
