Siebel Page overlaps and distorts in IE11

Siebel 8.1.1.3 call center application layout has distorted while scrolling. This happens for the users who are using  IE11 with Windows 10. All the Oracle recommended settings applied to the browser settings but still no luck. Any suggestion or fix for the issue.

Issue is not occurring in IE11 with Windows 7 systems.
