Incorrect ROU and Liability calculation in case of prepayment

Hi Vaishali, hi colleagues

Currently we are testing new functionality of Property management related to IFRS16 compliance.

We have never used Property management before.

We faced the problem of incorrect calculations of ROU and Liability when there is a condition to pay prepayment on the start date of lease contract. This prepayment would be withheld by lessor as a rent payment for the last date of contract.

We have attached Lease detail report where you can find lease contract details.

Our expectation was that prepayment amount should be included to ROU calculation without discount rate.

But unfortunately prepayment amount was included to ROU and liability twice - one time like original amount of payment and second time like discounted amount . Discounted amount of prepayment was also included to ROU calculation based on monthly payment terms. Please see red highlighted cells in report.
