PRA-Overflow Error

Hi,

Many of our users recently (within last few months) keep receiving below error whenever they try to assign risks from Risk Factors in PRA.

Nothing can be done after that until we uninstall and install software again thenafter it work for a while but again same error appeared.

We use the latest version of PRA in usually windows 7 enterprise Service pack1.

Appreciate if someone can help.
