Formatting issues when i copy and paste from MS Word into vacancy details

Does anyone else experience strange behaviour from content format when copy and pasted from a MS word doc into iRecruitment --> Create vacancy --> vacancy details?

If you have please can you advise or recommended how you managed to get around the problem?

I know that if I save our content into ms notepad first before vacancy details the majority of style is stripped out but I am hoping someone can offer me a fix that will allow us to continue to past straight from word to iRecruitment.
