Hi All,

Getting below error

Error invoking service 'EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Query' at step 'Query Role Change Flg'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Method 'NextRecord' of business component 'XXX RR Employee' (integration component 'XXX RR Employee') returned the following error:

"There were more rows than could be returned.  Please refine your query to bring back fewer rows(SBL-DAT-00500)"(SBL-EAI-04376)

Other posts suggested to update MaxCursorSize, is there any latest update on this suggestion from Oracle?

To overcome this behavior, one need to tune (increase) the MaxCursorSize parameters for the Data Source definition used by the Siebel Object Manager or for the particular Business Component. For detailed information on tuining the Max Cursor Size and Pre Fetch Size parameters (Data Source) / properties (Business Component) please see the accordant Siebel Bookshelf documents, such as:
