Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Time Entry - Can Delegate Enter Time for Manager via ESS?

Hello Community,

Is there any way to set a delegate for self-service time entry? Can a delegate enter time for the person who has set them as a delegate?

A little detail about what I am asking:

Positions involved: Administrative Assistant (Jane), Manager (Bob), Director (Joe)
Looking for a solution where an administrative assistant would have ability to enter and submit time for her manager and the managers time would still be approved by his superior
- I.e. Jane enters and submits time on behalf of Bob, Bob's time would be approved by Joe

Is there any way this can be done? If so, is anyone willing to share a solution for this?
