Average cost update not works as expected

Hello i am now in november and want to update the closing balance of july for a specific amount. But when i do the same my inventory valuation show the correct closing balance for july month but my other cutomized report do not show the same . for example i have an openeing balance as follow. OP QTY= 34 OP Vlaue= 3275.5 during the period move order issue QTY = 2 Move order issue value =193 Closing balance as follow QTY= 32 value= 3082.82 Now i want closing balance = 10295.7723981525 How much adjustment i need to pass?
