on oracle performance module, as an employee, employee has to follow the belol step in order to go the objective setting.

1. click on "My Appraisal"

2. click on "Performance Management"

3. click on "Objective setting" task on the specific plan.

the question is: can we have a shortcut link, just one click and go directly to objectvie setting page ?
